yeast free whole wheat bread

my friend kristy p and i made this bread together and had a lot of fun doing it, as well as eating the fruits of our labor! someday soon im going to try to make a wheat free version for chris and see what he thinks. i'll let ya know!

preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease up a loaf pan.

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar (or honey)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (i soured my own milk by letting it sit in a couple tbsp of vinegar)
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 oil (i melted coconut oil)

stir until just mixed, careful not to over do it. pour into pan and bake for 40-50 min.
mmm...warm bread!
